And schools act on the report card. Class groupings, next year's placement, which subjects they'll approve in Year 11. All of it runs off a mark that says nothing about the gap underneath it.
A 10-week program for Years 7 to 12, maths or English. We run a full diagnostic before the first class, find the exact skills that went missing, and rebuild those before we touch this year's work. At week 10 your child sits the same diagnostic again, so you can see exactly what moved.
$97, total. That covers the diagnostic and video feedback, all four classes, every office hours session, the community, and the 1:1 call at the end. There's nothing else to buy.
Honest answer: it's the first intake of the Reset, and we think once you've seen how your child responds over four weeks, a lot of families will want to continue into our 10-week program. This is us proving it instead of promising it.
You book a call with Jake so we can make sure it's the right fit. If it is, your child is enrolled and the diagnostic gets sent the same day. They do it online at home, we record video feedback, and then it's one live class a week for 4 weeks, with office hours and the community running the whole time. In week 4 you get a 1:1 call going over how they went and what we'd suggest next.
Office hours run 3 times a week - your child can drop in with anything, and you're welcome to jump on too and ask how to actually help at home. In between, post any question in the private community and we answer the same day or next business day.
Capped at 10. That's a hard cap, not a target.
The first thing you get is the diagnostic video before classes even start - most parents have never been shown exactly where their child's maths is breaking down, and that changes how you help at home straight away. Grades are the school's to give and we won't promise a specific mark. What we promise is finding what's costing marks and repairing it in order of what matters most.

The Reset deliberately goes the other way first. Marks in Year 9 and 10 usually leak because of skills from earlier years, so we repair those foundations - and your child can bring their current school work to office hours, so nothing at school gets neglected while we do it.
It's a link in the browser. Click it and you're in the class. If anything doesn't work, message us and we'll sort it.
That's what the call and the diagnostic are for. If we don't think the Reset fits - wrong year level, or the diagnostic shows they need something different - we'll tell you before you've spent anything beyond the $97, and we'll point you at what we'd do instead. Quieter kids do well in this format: capped at 10, nobody gets put on the spot, and a lot of questions happen in office hours or the community where it's low pressure.
You have the 1:1 call, and you'll know exactly where your child stands. If it makes sense to continue, there's the 10-week program - and here's the part worth knowing: if your child attended all four classes, completed the diagnostic, and you're both happy to do a short recorded chat with us about the experience, the full $97 comes off the 10-week program. It's our first intake and honest case studies are worth more to us than the margin. If you don't continue, that's fine too - you keep the diagnostic, the video, and four weeks of repair.
We help parents make sure their children have the skills and knowledge to improve their grades quickly and consistently.
We've helped over a thousand students improve their grades and build their confidence in 2026 alone.
